CUSTOMER PORTAL

GIEK Kredittforsikring Customer Portal is available for all customers.

Inside the Customer Portal, you will be able to:

  • Edit your profile (contact data, add users, emails etc)
  • Get a complete overview of all Insurance agreements and Policies
  • Get a complete overview of all Credit Limits
  • Get a complete overview of all Notifications of Defaults and Indemnifications
  • You will be able to apply for new credit limits, submit periodic Sales reports, submit Notifications of Defaults and submit Claims
  • In principle, you will be able to do everything you need inside the Customer Portal. However, please do not hesitate to call us if you have questions.

 

NOTE!
If you are a customer but have not received your username and password to the Customer Portal, please contact your Credit Risk Manager in GIEK Kredittforsikring.

All existing customers have one person who is defined as primary contact. This person, in your company, is able to add new users to the Customer Portal. They may also create a new username and password for you.
